change from ship to local pickup after sale has been made

Listing offered shipping and local pickup.  Buyer selected shipping but we af=greed on local pickup.  How can I prove he received item since system is only looking for tracking info?

All you can do is mark the order shipped.

Nothing you can do about the tracking but hope you have an honest buyer that doesn't open an INR.
