Hello eBay,
I am requesting your help resolving an issue with a seller.
The transaction ID is 392543847011. I have been in contact
with the seller since the original purchase April 23rd 2020.
It appears on the eBay site that if the seller continues to
respond to me there is no way I can ask for eBay to step in.
That is why I am contacting you here. If you look at the email
thread request  #5234904082 . There are over two dozen
emails and I am getting nowhere.

This is not eBay customer service ... we are just buyer and sellers.  If you have a question, then you need to give us more information about your situation because we don't have access to your account, access to correspondence, or the details of your purchase.

 

If you want to contact customer service, then links for contacting them is at the bottom of most eBay pages ... or contact them through their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I contacted support at twitter and they took care of the issue.
