I cannot reprint a label now that we're forced to use the new VERY MUCH NOT improved shipping label page...
I also cannot VOID a label either....
will someone please fix this mess? I also have another thread where the bar codes print all fuzzy now as well...
thank you very little for your "enhancements" that are making my shipping experience with Ebay totally miserable...
I've attached screenshots of the errors when I try to reprint a label....

anyone from Ebay see this??? I still cannot reprint any shipping labels, even if I JUST purchased it... If I don't print it right away, I'm screwed as I cannot even void them out!
I had a label not print properly and had to reprint, but could not, and I could not even void it out.... cost me $3.09 because I got to the end of my label roll....

Just to be clear:
I guess if the answer is "Yes" to both questions, then the only recourse is to suffer a conversation with eBay customer service.

when I first create the label, that is the only time I see it and can print it. If I have to go into the "order details" page, scroll down to the bottom, and click "reprint" within 214 hours, I get the server side errors I screenshotted.
I get a similar error when I try to void a label out

holy **bleep**... I just dug a little and yah, about 5 separate pages deep and I was able to get to a page that actually displayed the label to reprint....
cannot void it out, but can reprint at least..... halfway there...
but geeze, it's like 5 pages deep! why not just on the order details page, scroll down and click reprint like we used to be able to do....

As it appears you are not Top Rated it would make more sense for you to use the eBay authorized shipping label provider Pirateship to create your labels. They will give you commercial pricing, $100 insurance and cubic pricing. After becoming Top Rated then eBay labels will give you commercial pricing less a 3% discount; $100 insurance, but not cubic pricing. Cubic pricing for small packages may still be cheaper with Pirateship even with the Top Rated 3% discount. If you have small package then you can easily compare eBay's Top Rated pricing and Pirateship by bookmarking the Pirateship site; having you browser remember your user name and password; and then importing your eBay order with a click of the import button.

I was top rated a year or more ago... but they dropped the discount from 20% to 10% or something like that and it simply became no longer worth my while to even bother trying to be top rated... I was seriously on the phone every week with ebay fighting some USPS late shipment that *I* wound up getting a defect for.... I shipped everything next day, 100% feedback all 4-5star ratings etc.... but the hassle with Ebay's awful shipping estimates ALWAYS had me stressed out, especially in the winter months.... my shipping costs didn't go up at all due to dropping top rated status.. maybe it's different now, as this was a while ago...
I'll try pirateship, if it's easy to print the labels, AND there's a discount over Ebay's "discounted pricing" (which is the exact same I get through USPS BTW, so Ebay's "discount" is imaginary...)
I've heard of pirateship, I'll give it a go...
thanks!
