can't void a label today

Is anyone else having trouble voiding a label today? When I go to the shipping labels page and click on void in the drop down menu  a blank page pops up instead of the page I'm supposed to get. I've had to void plenty of labels over the years and this has never happened before.

I am having this issue as well! I printed labels today with the ship date as 2/17/2019 but it is Presidents' Day so that date is incorrect, as there is no mail.  I cannot get the void label website to work at all.

Same problem.  Trying to void 3 labels with 2/17 ship date.  Have never had trouble voiding a label in the past.  Also, very annoying that labels printed with a ship date of 2/17 to begin with.  The system should "know" it's a holiday and automatically default to the next business day

I'm having the same problem, I mistakenly printed two labels for the same pkg and can't cancel one of them. I'm shipping USPS so it says I have 5 days to void the shipping label... I guess I'll try tomorrow.

The shipping date isn't the problem since you have 30 days to use the label. My problem is the new shipping page always defaults to Priority mail and If I don't change it I pay more for postage. That's what happened today. I've also tried to void a label the day after I printed it in the past and couldn't do it even though you're supposed to have 5 days.

You can still mail the item on Tuesday with today's date on the label.  There is no need to void it.

But wouldn't it be scanned "late" and also the date the customer will expect it is not correct because it is factoring in today's date?

Neither of those has anything to do with when your label is printed or the date on the label.  The estimated delivery date is based on when the buyer pays.  If a label is scanned within your handling time or is scanned as delivered before the edd then it is considered on time.

Me too- and i still can't void the labels. I have tried Safari and Chrome. I hope it gets fixed today.
