buying an item then asking if i could have a refund then asking if i could pay for it possible?

like said in the subject would it be possible to pay for the item i asked to restuen or do i have to contack the seller and asked him if i could pay for it? or would it be too late?

well what i mean it i bought the item then it toke some time to come when i desiced to asked it i could return it then got a refun but the item came the next day so i though i could asked to keep it and pay them is that possible?

Yes that is possible. Contact the seller, saying, "I got the item and I want to keep it. Please relist it, and I will pay for it again. Apologies for the inconvenience, I will pay today."

....then just wait for a reply. They should have no problem selling it to you a second time since they do not need to ship it again 🙂

Yes, you can ask the seller to send you a PayPal invoice so that you can pay them again. Or you can just send them the money through PayPal.
