Ebays customer service is a faceless bully.
Useless in every single way.
A tree stump would be an improvement!
If i had the power i would fine ebays ar** and then kick it out of the UK, replacing it with a replica that is not driven purely by profit alone, has standards that are equal and help that really exists, treats its customers with respect, dos not interfere with feedback and is answerable to a regulator with bite.
Ebay has taken the P for too long. Time for ebay as a company to shape up or ship out.
