Fake seller. Does not send the product and does not respond to emails. Why do I have to wait until the delivery end date (almost 2 months) to request a refund from eBay?

Did you try to request a refund? Can you request to cancel the sale?

If the estimated delivery date is two months away, how do you know they are not going to ship it?
Sellers are not required to respond to messages or let you know if an item has been shipped.

You want to jump the gun.
You must wait until your delivery date has passed with no delivery before you can claim you didn't receive it when it was expected to be delivered.
You're saying you haven't received it, and it's true you might never receive it. But it's also possible it's on the way and will be delivered.

If such a seller no longer exists, then everything is clear. This is not the first time this has happened
