address issue? NOT!

the issue i am having is after paying for my purchase the seller cancelled my order saying i would be refunded due to a problem with my address.

first they never tried to contact me to see if the issue could be corrected.

second i tried to contact them to see if i could be of help correcting any issue.

third, they would not respond to my inquiries or emails.

fourth, i have not had any issues nor have any other sellers had any issues with my address that hasnt changed in over three years.

fifth, i have recieved every item after the address complaint that has been shipped to the same address so why did they have an issue when NO ONE else has had one and cancel the sale.

without even trying to contact me or correct anything? just oh well purchase cancelled.? sorry bout your luck? 

it takes me time to find the things i need at an affordable price, some times days and many hours of searching, looking and reading all the details. just to think i finally got it and after i pay for it, the seller makes up a false reason to say oh too bad, sale cancelled.

It happens…glitches on the site. 

I have had to cancel due to address having error message. 

But, I would attempt to contact the buyer first. 

Seller may have a one day handling for shipping and they would not be able to ship. 

When they cancel, item is generally automatically relisted. 

Note — while it may have been a simple fix, seller’s can not change the address and would still have to cancel and relist for you to repurchase. 

Check your address.  Check to see if they have relisted. And, you can repurchase.

Likely the REAL reason they canceled was because they didn't get as much as they were hoping for.

But of course FLEABAY won't do anything about such Non-Performing Sellers.

Or it's possible the item was missing or out of stock.   You're whole, you have your money, buy one from someone else, I don't understand the complaint.
