accidentally accepting a return

A buyer requested a return for an article of clothing. I do not accept returns for my clothing because in the past I have accepted returns and when I received the item back the pungent smell of  smoke made the items unable to be re-sold without washing them.  This made the items no longer able to sell. Hence, unless I made a mistake, I do not accept returns.

back to buyer,  the buyer wants to return something because it was guaranteed to be delivered the day before it actually arrived. No other reason.  So, I reply to the request that as the seller I did my part. I shipped it within 24 hours. I also stated, it clearly states in my listing I do not accept returns.

NOW HERE'S THE PROBLEM, I accidentally hit continue after I finish my reply AND APPARENTLY THAT WAS ACCEPTING A RETURN AND I WAS GOING TO SEND A LABEL.

I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET IT TO GO BACK. NOTHING WORKED

Of Course I contacted ebay because as a Top Seller, I'm sure they can fix it. ...WRONG!! SO DISAPPOINTED

Accept the return.  If you fight it, ebay could refund the buyer and not require the item to be returned.  If the item is returned and is NOT in the condition as you sent it, I believe you can give a partial refund if you are a Top Rated Seller but I believe that only applies if you accept returns if that is your return policy.
