Zip Code

Hello, Please advice my about my zip code. My State is Oregon and in the city of Portland. My Zip Code should be 97251-9612. But i have no idea that eBay suggest me to use 97230. Some of the seller cannot post my item to eBay's suggestion (97230). Would anyone suggest what to do about my Zip code?? Many thanks!!

Hello Dai Sor, when you have a freight forwarder, you must use the zip code that eBay suggests, not the zip code that your freight forwarder provided.

Your package will still arrive at your freight forwarder with the correct zip code, but you will lose buyer protection because your package will be reshipped after it was delivered to the freight forwarder. This way, everybody wins.

There was another recent thread on this zip code. The way I understand it the 97251 zip is new but you can still use the old one 97230 with no problems. Not all shippers have the updated info yet apparently.
