Purchased an item from a seller who refuses to tell me who shipped the item to me (which never showed up)
‘He provided a ZNLOGIC Tracking Number that showed the item was delivered on 8/21/2020 at 5:45am to my
gated property. When I told him nothing had been delivered seller told me to call the Police?
This ZNLOGIC tracking doesn’t appear to be legitimate I would not recommend buying anything from anyone that
will not provide tracking from either USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
I asked for Nothing more then Who Shipped My Item.
No answer from Seller, and No Item.

I know FedEx, UPS, and USPS will not go through a closed gate. They drop them off at the gate. Which makes them vulnerable to theft. Many times I come home and find packages hanging off my gate in a plastic bag or dropped outside of the gate instead of inside the gate. Doesn't matter though because a thief can reach over the gate. USPS is the only one that leaves a notice in my mailbox. Your package was probably delivered and a dishonest person saw it and couldn't resist.

According to this old topic, some people call it a scam, others say it came from Amazon or China, as in drop-shipping?
"Purchased an item from a seller who refuses to tell me who shipped the item to me..."
Your seller sounds shady, or at least not honest, imo.

Delivery services have gate code. New drivers always drop items over gate inside property. No one is stealing packages inside my subdivision access is monitored.

I'm not sure I understand why you need to ask who shipped your item. Of course, sellers are not required to furnish the tracking number to buyers. Frankly, I'm not very familiar with ZNLOGIC tracking.
However, if the item hasn't arrived by the final day of the estimated delivery period, you can file an INR dispute the following day.

ZN Logic (Zinc Logistics) tracking is used by sellers from China.Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia. They also act as a courier. You can check tracking on their site, but the final leg of the delivery is done by UPSP, Fed-Ex, or UPS in the U.S.. Usually their tracking ends when the package shows "Arrival at Destination Country, end of tracking. Delivery shortly" Unfortunately, you cannot contact them to find out what address was used for the order.
What you can try to do if you file an Item Not Received dispute through ebay, which will be declined because there may be tracking provided by the seller showing delivery to your address, is to appeal the dispute. When you do that, State there is incomplete tracking, and add a screen shot of the tracking information, showing that no tracking is provided in the destination country in this case the (U.S.)
If the seller gave a U.S. location for the item, and the ZN Logic tracking shows pick up from an Asian country you can report that through the resolution center, for item location misrepresentation. In the Resolution Center, select Resolving buying problems, in the Help Box to start.
