ZNLOGIC SHIPPING

Has anybody else had packages that they didn't receive and were shipped by ZNLOGIC? I'm recovering from knee replacement so I am home all the time.  The tracking for my package states it was delivered on 1/16/19, but it wasn't.  Seller is no help.  Won't even respond to my messages.

Seller has done their job,they are not involved.Your issue w the carrier who scanned item as delivered.

Yep, same thing happened to me last month. Bought two of the same item from a seller. One was shipped with USPS, received no issue. Other was with ZNLogic, never received it. Opened disputes with both PayPal and eBay and lost. No one seems to know where it is. I'm on the phone with the nearest USPS to me right now to see if I can find anything.

ZNLogic is apparently at sub-contractor for Amazon.  The last time this was raised in a thread, ZNLogic did not have online viewable tracking and the buyer was able to open an Item Not Received claim and get their funds returned.  Try that, as I don't believe that they have implemented one.
