I recently bought a wireless mouse and paid for it, got an email receipt and a confirmation that it was shipped, but on the app it says I’ve only committed to paying and won’t allow me to track my package. Does anyone have a fix for this or a reason it is happening?

It appears the information on the app may be delayed. Use a computer.
