Wrong shipping amount on order, how do I fix it

Customer already paid and I printed label. Is there a way to fix or do I have to eat the additional charge? Item has not shipped yet.

The seller (you) can not charge more.

The buyer paid.

You ship.

Use this as an education and make sure any other listings are correct before someone purchases them.

@klhmdgis correct. As the seller it is your responsibility to make sure the listing in question is accurate. If the shipping is incorrect you could do one of the following:

• Ship the item and eat the difference
• Refund the costs and message the buyer (You risk an upset buyer and a negative feedback)
