Seller gmoneangel shipped the wrong fireplace, didn't provide free shipping as negotiated, sent wrong label to return and doesn't respond to messages. Of course, ebay doesn't provide customer service in the process of trying to find a phone number we were scammed by an ebay customer service look alike for $1000.

Sorry for your troubles but if you follow the process for returns there is no reason for you to need to speak with eBay. The return process is purposely set up to be automatic. If you ordered an item with free shipping than you shouldn't have accepted the item if it came with shipping due. If you paid for shipping then you will not receive that back. The return labels are also automatic based on the original shipping, so if the seller shipped using the wrong label to begin with, that is why you most likely have the same for the return.
This platform offers a MBG on all items, but there are policies that a buyer needs to follow in order for eBay to fulfill that guarantee. You can also contact eBay using social media through Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the chat option during regular business hours and they answer rather quickly. Currently phone are the last option and not easy to get in touch. Best of luck to you....
