Wrong address from eBay.

eBay has sent item to old address even though I have updated my new address AND deleted old address.

Why can't I speak to agent & why my problem area is not included on eBay site (contact)....shabby customer service, so unprofessional

Your on the USA board.    Are you sure the ship to address is correct. You might have changed one of the others like the return to address.  When you place an order it will show the ship to address.  Changing it there is only good for that order.  Could that have happened?
