Wrong Item return shipping

why does the seller want me to pay return shipping when they sent the wrong item this is  not my screw up its theirs.

Did you open a request?

You can go back to the request on the fourth day and ask eBay to have the seller send a return shipping label or funds to cover return shipping and then ask eBay to step in.
