I don't have a printer. I can save $1.00 if I print a label, instead of doing it at the counter.
Can I just print the mailing label with the delivery conformation? And just write that on the label?
Or if I go to staples and bring a USB drive with me, how much would it cost to print 1 sheet?
I just went to staple's site. Is it really 14 cents?
If that's the case, I'm only out 14 cents, instead of 98 cents that the post office will charge.

Enough with buying a printer. I am not buying one. It is not worth it for only using it for 1 or 2 prints a month.

Yes you can but for some people it isn't worth it. Neither of my girls own printers even the one that does eBay occasionally. When they need to print something, including labels they either come out to my house or put it in a e-mail and I'll print it and we will meet in town catch up and usually eat when I hand whatever they needed printed off.
We found that a lot of our inks were being wasted just drying up. This system works best for us at this time.

You are right - a HP Deskjet 3755 is $59.00 at Walmart - recently bought one at Best Buy on sale for $49.99. Comes with Set Up Cartridges that lasted us about 2 months - our son did a couple printings of 20+ pages on them before they "crapped out". Replacement for a Black cartridge is $15.99 for Combo pack $29.99. We don't print a lot at home & yet to have a cartridge "dry" out. I've bought ink jet cartridges that were 10 years old still sealed and they worked just fine.
My time has some value plus you can print any time you want at home - hot or cold, rain or snow.
Had a HP officejet 4500 series prior this one and it lasted 12+ years. Oh we ain't spring chickens either - we will soon celebrate the 10th anniversary of being a card carrying members of the Medicare Club (which we still pay for each month even after paying into to it since 1965 - it ain't free ).
