Worst Crook EVER !!! and Ebay can't be contacted or contact me !!! Please Help me !!!

Contact ebay by phone is a run-around loop!!   Keep getting messages of failed Ebay callbacks !!   For some reason their calls fail to reach me. I need a contact number that works.  Their call number only sends me to self-help when I need a actual person to resolve shipping problems of a seller that decided they didn't get paid enough for  auction and are gaming the system using terrible shipping as a avenue to back out of the PAID for auction  !!!  Tons of delays of all kinds from seller and usps. I really need to talk to Ebay as the seller has claimed to blocked me and says I have did something unethical outside of ebay though ebay has said nothing to me !!  Is there a number to call or email to send out that quickly works ?

it would be nice if we knew what the problem is.......in any case you cant make a seller ship

sellers back out and ask for more shipping  money or stuff like that

the only thing you can do is to file an item not received  after the estimated date

No number that I know of, but you can set up email communication with qualified C/S Reps beginning with a message on the eBay facebook page. Try that and good luck.

The package has left my local post office for delivery after hovering at another facility close by for atleast two days.  I had to have it investigated by usps and after talking with ebay it seems to be finally on it's way !! Hopefully  the computer I went through hell to get for 158 usd is in good working order and not some other sellers broken junk sold for parts !!!  The seller didn't want to give the tracking information and it didn't match with the earlier ebay shipped out date. I literally had to ask paypal to press the seller for the tracking info !!   He was never going to give it to me until I finally had enough and got them involved !!!  Praise PayPal I use it every chance I can !!!

I looked at the OPs feedback, then I looked at the seller's feedback (easy to figure who the seller is).  

You could start by contacting eBay to remove the feedback from the seller, being as it is a Positive Negative. 

Beond what we can see that is public; feedback and profiles, none here are privy to any other information, such as what any messages were between the two parties as to the wherefores and whys.

Reading the money back, should have covered how to precede with the possible issues you were having with this transaction before it escalated to the stop payment.

The Seller was not wanting to give tracking info without being pressed by paypal.  A very messy deal trying to get what I paid for from this seller !!!  Seller tried to stall shipping with talk of being in a bad wreck and saying friends died and will send pictures of the scene If I would like !!  Fed up at a point I said I don't care about your poor life stuff I just want the tracking !!!  I was tired of being stringed along with a package that has already shipped out at that point with no tracking to know when porch pirates could be making off with my stuff (stuff expensive enough to merit tracking info in my opinion) !  The seller was just getting nuttier by the minute and later says you have a good deal and If you don't like the way it's going then just ask for a refund !! It just seemed clear they didn't really want to even ship it out and probably because I won the auction at a good price !!  After getting involved with all parties involved ebay , usps , and paypal my package is finally left the local post office and is on its way !!!   I condensed !!!  The thing holding me up was no talk being had with a living Ebay representative !!!  Automated Sucks XD  !!

Not sure what talking to CS would have done?

Sellers are not required to provide tracking numbers.

Perhaps that is only a ebay thing !!!  Paypal has expressed that tracking is required within maybe 5 or 6 days !!!  I'm not mistaken on this. Tbh Its not my concern one way or another anymore !!!  The seller is sore loser and crying he could had sold the item to 3 other people since my winning the auction !!!!  Item received and working as intended from what i can see so far !!!  I also have 30 days to return if not happy !!!  Case opened with paypal has now been closed by me and in doing so Funds are released to the seller !!!  My Win and his Loss if he is going to boo-hoo about it  ^^,   I got a retail  $617 usd alienware computer that I know to be reliable for 150 usd for replacement if any of my other two same model computers happen to ever fail.  I FeeeeeEEEEL Good ^^,

LOL  I said in feedback the seller  was a nutcase qwack and crooked Kook !!!  I don't understand how that could be taken down considering he was saying for one excuse shipping is going to be slowed because he was in a car wreck and friends died #lost everything ... then also says I will send horrific pictures if you think I'm lying.  Inappropriate and Nutty !!!  I was stonewalled with silence on the issue of getting a tracking number to not fall to porch pirate problems soon after and the seller was going to do nothing until I explained it to paypal and got them involved  >^

If you opened a case on eBay, then that eBay case automatically closed when you went further up and opened a case on PayPal, that may be why your feedback was automatically removed.

Now leave a private message here for eBay on Facebook, or open a throwaway Facebook account, and ask eBay to remove the feedback your seller left on your profile. It is a violation for sellers to write negative comments in a positive feedback.

Meh that seller is a worm and not worth wasting another moment on being "petty"  ^^,  Tactly I have won and am well and good moving on !!  Is there something I need to do to stop getting more discussion on the matter from here though ..??  >_^   I dont want to sound un-greatful because I most certainly am not but I have the item and the case is closed now ...!!

For your porch pirates concerns with no tracking provided on a USPS item sign up for "informed delivery", and you will be able to check the status of any incoming packages with tracking.  When something is shipped to your address you will be able to follow it. You do not have to be told by the sender that it is on the way. It will automatically show.
