Wondering if it fits under media mail (3 Questions about MM)

I have a lot of Boys Scouts of America handbooks I want to sell and want to make sure they don’t go against the rules of having advertisement (as in advertising for Boy Scouts .org.)?

in addition to that question I have a box set of books and want to know if i could ship media with its original holding box?

in terms of Media Mail, can I package with cardboard so the items don’t get damaged (I read you can use shredded newspaper and packaging peanuts)?

Yes, the handbooks are eligible for MM.

Yes, the case for a book set is OK and the set is eligible.

Packaging material is not restricted, though you might run into a persnickety PO clerk if you use sheets of printed newspaper.   To be safe, just stay away from any paper with printing on it (which isn't the best choice anyway). Recycled cardboard is fine.
