I need to void a shipping label. There is no “void” option to the right of that label and each time I click “reprint” I get this message:
“We can't let you print this shipping label more than 5 times”.

After purchasing a USPS shipping label, you have 5 days in which you can void it ... are you within the 5-day period?
If it is a FedEx label, you won't be charged for it since you never used it ... just purchase a second one.

There is no void choice in managing labels- just print another label and print packing slip. How do I void?

I try to void labels but it always leads me to the page below. It’s frustrating as the five day cut-off to void them is coming to a close. If I don’t void them I’m out $20 . It’s not a lot of money but if this keeps happening it will get expensive. I am unable to contact customer service. This is super annoying.

Thank you so much for the link!
Unfortunately it takes me to the same page I posted above. ☹️
I don’t understand why I don’t get the same page that others have access to unless I’m missing something? Is there something I need to download?
Some have mentioned you need a desk top computer. Unfortunately I only have a cell phone and Amazon Fire tablet.

I've read the post and have read the responses. I've clicked the links.
I just made a shipping label earlier today -- and VOID does not appear as an option in when I review my Shipping Labels list. Only Print Another Label, Reprint Label, and Print Packing Slip are given as options.
A related question: is it true that postage will be refunded if the label goes unused?
In any case, of course we want the VOID LABEL function to be present, easy and functional.
Thanks to all those who answer --

From my experience you will eat the label cost if unused. I couldn't void on a mobile, couldn't even get shipping labels to load it just kept sending me back to My Ebay. I ate a $7 label. Have since got it to load but wasn't looking to void a label so not sure if it was possible. Funny thing is, I now can't open messages in mobile view unless I go to Sell Item and get into sellers hub.....so annoying

I know I’m super late to this post, but maybe I can still help someone in the future who is still struggling.
On a mobile device, while in a browser, usually you’ll have some sort of options menu (like three dots or something of that nature). There should be an option to “Request Desktop Site.” Tap that. If it doesn’t immediately switch to desktop view, refresh the page and it should work.
Once in desktop site mode, tap “My Ebay” in the top right twice. Then, tap “Orders” and select “Shipping labels” from the drop-down. There will be an “Action” link next to each order that you’ve created a shipping label for. Find the one you’re trying to void. I’ve found out that will only let you void one that you’ve actually printed out at least once. Submit the request and wait for the potential refund. I have yet to be rejected for a refund when I’ve accidentally purchased the wrong label. They’re usually pretty good about it.
Unfortunately, they still haven’t implemented the option to void labels in the Ebay app, which is extremely frustrating.

I see no VOID button under the Action dropdown in the desktop site. Please help
