Will not let void shipping label

I printed a label with wrong address. Want to void it and reprint it with correct address, but all eBay will let me do is to "Reprint" or "Print Another Label."  If I go with "Reprint", I cannot change the address. If I go with "Print Another Label", I will probably have to pay again for another label.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Which carrier was it with? FedEx labels can't be voided because you are billed for them when the label gets scanned into their system.

You can only 'reprint' the same label- otherwise you have to 'void' and recreate a new label. Know that a voided label gets refunded back to paypal 3-4 weeks later so you will have to 'pay' for the new label.

Print a new label, you can void tomorrow, later etc. try after 24 hours, try using a different provider (I can't do some things using IE that I can using GC).

How long has it been since you purchased the label?   You have 5 days since purchase to void it, and after that the void option will disappear.

(By the way, I'm seeing the void option on all of my recent labels).

Everything done withing last hour. I am glad you see Void in your label section. I don't.

I actually tried to ship the item by "eBay International Standard Delivery", whatever that is. It seems a new option from eBay for shipping internationally. It is less expensive than First Class International.

Ah, that probably explains it.  It is like FedEx ... you get an estimate when you ship, and then you get an actual shipping charge when the package arrives at the shipping center (they verify measurements).  So you haven't paid for anything yet.

But, why is it the wrong address?  You aren't shipping to the customer ... you are shipping to the "eBay International Standard Delivery" center, and that address should be automatically generated for you by eBay.

Well, I probably did not express myself correctly. While trying to print the label, the paper got stuck inside the printer and was coming out damaged with ink smeared all over the address. I tried to reprint the label several times with the same result. eBay told me I could not reprint more than five times. So I gave up and decided to void the label. But eBay will not let me. There is no Void option. But when I went to print the label, a price of $10 showed up as opposed to about $13 for First Class International. So obviously I paid for the label that did not print.
