When you go to the page to print multiple labels, there is a link at the top, asking, "How can we improve this page?"
I have told them repeatedly, but they don't listen, so why have the link?
That page is a mess.
It takes 3 clicks per item to enter weight.
When you combine 2 or more shipments, you have to re-enter the shipping method.
The buyer names are way on the right side of the page, which requires repeated horizontal scrolling, after each 3-click weight is added.
How to improve?
Make it possible to check several items, and then choose the weight from a drop-down box. Even Paypal figured this out (sadly, their site is otherwise a disaster).
Don't force me to re-select shipping method after I combine 2 or more orders.
Put the buyer names on the LEFT where they can be seen at all times.
