Will eBay refund my fvf fees?

Hi all.

I am relatively new to selling.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of my items have been very slowly delivered. Previously, all my buyers were 100% satisfied with the speed of delivery of items they bought from me.

The problem is that some buyers do understand that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing delay and they are patient. But others are very picky and they are already requesting for refunds without having waited for a decent time.

I can refund the buyer if he/she cannot wait for any longer. After all, it is their right. I cannot force them to keep on waiting.

But my problem is that after I refund, will my fvf be refunded by eBay. I know my fees are refunded by PayPal but will eBay refund my fvf fees?

Can someone please explain to me under what circumstances does eBay refund the seller the fvf fees.

pretty sure that paypal stopped refunding fees...if your items are not arriving and you had an INR filed agains you I think you might get your FVF back when you refund thru ebay

I would never send a refund for an item not recieved unless the buyer filed for it
