Why use DGM SmartMail Expedited to ship?

I know why; to save $$. While I understand the concept, as a BUYER & only a buyer, never a seller, it stinks. I recently bought a CD, and they used the above service. Granted, EDD was for early February. When I inquired about CD, gave the ole sorry, courier lost it, we’ll refund you. Yes, but I wanted the CD. I’m well aware of eBay’s guaranteed refund policy and I’ve used it a few times. But maybe use a different, or more reliable courier (NEVER WILL HAPPEN). Overall, I’m happy with sellers I do business with and I’m glad most use USPS.

I am a seller and a buyer I am very aware how expensive shipping is However I am also aware what good service is  I recently received a small item shipped DGM almost 3 weeks to come 500 miles with big gaps in tracking. I could have walked and got my item in slightly more time. Seller offered another item or refund but I needed it hoping for it to arrive. Unfortunately I will never deal with that seller again or recommend them
