Why isn't the UPS shipping info updating?

On 2 items to 2 different buyers, I am seeing "Shipped" although both have actually been delivered.  Why is that?  I know they have been delivered when I go on UPS website for tracking and status.

What does the exact delivery scan say @sun*moonbygrace? Depending on the type of scan like "delivered to agent" or "available for pickup" you might not see a delivered status. (Delivered to agent not updating is a bug currently being worked on by eBay.)

For a plain old "delivered" scan, if you click the tracking pop-up on eBay then refresh the page after that, the status generally switches over from shipped to delivered.

This is happening to a bunch of us.  Getting a message in ebay "package was driver released" but not "delivered" although UPS site shows package delivered.  I opened a thread on this a while back.  Please contact ebay via social media or their site.  They need to rectify this before we all get dinged.

Yeah there's a current problem with both "driver released" and "signature obtained" not registering a delivered status on eBay - if you want to post on this thread to provide more examples for eBay to pass on you can:

Both UPS and USPS have added tracking results that are not distinguished as delivered.  For Freight Forwarders USPS has "DELIVERED TO AGENT FOR FINAL DELIVERY" and the item remains in transit.  WHY?  Maybe UPS & USPS upgraded their software and eBay hasn't caught up yet.

"Thank you for the report. The shipping team has resolved a delivery status mapping issue for this use case. Going forward,  eBay status will reflect as ‘Delivered’ instead of ‘Package Was Driver Released’ "
