There is nothing in your original post here or your other post about a "voucher" only questions about a lost package, which is what people are helping with, also you allude to this question being about the lost package in your other replies in this string.
So now you are talking about two different things a lost package and a voucher.
Because you did not say anything about a "voucher", we would naturally think that you were trying to contact eBay about the lost package. Your title is how to contact eBay and content of question is about a lost package. You should not have posted anything about a lost package and just stuck with your question about a lost voucher and how to contact eBay.
With the information you posted our comprehension is just fine. You now changed the direction of the question mid-stream. If it wasn't about a mail delivery issue, why did you bring it up?

Because your post on this page is lacking any real information, we had to look at your question on Ask a Mentor to take a stab at the what's and whys, this is what we have to work with along other replies in this string pointing that same direction, problem with delivery.
"Ebay's step by step directions do NOT work!!!! I have NOT received an item mailed January 17th and there is NO tracking info after January 22nd!!! On January 22nd the only info posted is my item is "moving to another facility". Where that facility is no one knows!!! Then there is total SILENCE!!!! NOTHING appears on the tracking page.
