Why is eBay slamming me for items not delivered on time? I noticed one of my stats was up a bit so I decided to check why. Here is what I found. One order with 7 items on it was paid on Dec. 11th, label created on Dec. 11th, picked up by postman on Dec. 12th and arrives on Dec. 24th... The last item shown below is on a separate order which I haven't checked.
I do not subscribe to guaranteed delivery though I did find one day where eBay had volunteered me for the service which is why you need to check things every so often. So I am wondering why they are holding me responsible for late delivery of items? All I am suppose to do is ship the item within 1 business day of receiving payment which is what I do.
