I have been selling on Ebay since 2004 and have seen many changes. Changes are good but some are worst now.
Like last few months lost the Top Rated Seller statues due to ebay improper Tracking validation. Ebay does not shows up all tracking on their ebay dashboard though the actual carrier shows the tracking instantly.
Have mentioned to customer care and they replied it is only for US Sellers and would not impact Non-US Sellers but still but still my TRS status gone down. My Tracking uploaded on time and validated dropped from 100% to 73%.
This is worst changes made by Ebay. They have technical programming issue and do not capture the proper tracking from the carrier. Ebay should look into it immediately.
