Depending on what I'm selling, I may offer free shipping. If I create a new listing after, it automatically defaults to whatever shipping option I had selected in my previous listing, which may have been free shipping. Luckily I've caught the issue most of the time, but sometimes I don't and either end up losing money on an item or am out an extra $20-30.
To complicate things, the free shipping option doesn't really stand out on the "create your listing" page - especially if it's selected. That option really needed more visibility.
