Hello there,

So first time experience ordering shoes from Ebay and was curious if anyone else out there had a similar experience to mine. I ordered two pairs of shoes from two different sellers on February 24th 2023 and one pair is expected to be here by the 10th of March and the other on the 13th. That's 14 days and 17 days of shipping time respectively. I understand they had to be sent off to some authentication process but it still seems a bit high for shipping times considering one pair started in the same state as me and the other just one state other. On top of that pair A has been to 4 different states now and the other 3 states. Like there being shipped all over and collecting 'Shipment Exception' and 'Address Corrected' notifications for both items. I don't know, this just seems like a mess and I'll probably not be ordering shoes anymore. Anyone else have anything similar happen to them?

The shipping services have gotten worse over time while raising rates. The authentication process only adds to the delay and they can mess up the address and cause even more delay. Mail order is not best if you want it right away. Once a seller ships the item all anyone can do is wait it out.

I ordered a pair May 1. The authentication center in NJ received them May 5. They were expected May 12. It’s May 15 8:47 CT. There are no updates. You cannot contact seller. It’s not exactly Christmas rush. How long do you have to wait?

Yea it has gotten worst and worst I remember I use to order atleast 5 pairs a month and they came in 10 days or less even with authentication now my shoes were authenticated like 6 days ago and they are just sitting there in NJ takes almost a month now might have to see how goat and stockx compare what a shame
