Why do the labels I print with a Dymo 4XL not use all of the label space?

They look like this. I can scale up to 108-109, but then certain portions get cut off. I can save the label and print via acrobat reader and same thing. Firefox, same thing. Nothing I do can fix it. Please help--it's so annoying. Thanks!

Did you select the Zebra LP2844 label format in the ebay setup?

Did you select the proper label paper size in the Printer Preferences?

If the above is ok:

Make sure Firefox is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

In the Adobe preview window, Size set to Actual, and Orientation set to Auto.

If still a problem, come bask with OS you are using and a screen shot of the entire label preview page.

That is how my labels look printing on 2-up adhesive labels.  I have a border all the way around.  I use as is for priority, and for first class package, I may have to trim the borders a bit because of the small box I'm using.

Hey there! New account because I forgot my password. Anyway, it didnt work again and I followed all your instructions. Here's what the label preview page looks like. As you can see, its just not formatted correctly. If I use pirateship, it works fine. It looks like the spaces are just added in there for some reason. I'm using Windows 10. Thank you!

Then in Advanced Options:

Also try "Fit" and "Shrink" in the first

Well something is off when the preview is not correct.

The 4.11"x6.28" is the Dymo actual label size, and is the size attribute sent to Adobe from the printer.

I haven't printed a 4x6 USPS label in while, as I usually use the smaller 99019 label, so don't know whether some change has been made, but I will try a 4x6 on my next label.

If you want, send the PDF file created from ebay to me in a private message, and I'll examined it for potential problems.  I then can also test print it on my 4XL.
