Why are return dates different in return request?

Selling page return box says "Refund due date 09/18/18". When I click on return details it says "We've asked the buyer to ship the item back by Sep 20". Can anyone explain this?

No idea.

On a Returns Request, the buyer has 5 days to get the item in the mail.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED, the seller has 2 days to refund.
