This has happened to me a small handful of times-
So I don't receive an item bought from a China seller, est. arrival time is 90 days on my order.
I open a not received case after the arrival time but the seller doesn't respond and I don't have the option to ask Ebay to step in or leave feedback because it has been 90 days.
Luckily for me it has all been >$5 items. Why does Ebay make it so easy for these sellers to scam people? I feel like buyers should have protections/be able to leave feedback 60 days after arrival time, not purchase time. Is there something I am missing?
