Why all the Secrecy about Printing Labels

I've wasted at least an hour trying to find out anything about the postage label problem...I still have no real information just rumors and speculation.

Why doesn't ebay tell us what is going on and when "soon" is, or tell us they don't know and give us an idea when they will be getting back to us.

Why do they make so many changes at the time of the year sellers have the least amount of time to deal with the new **bleep** that comes along with all these must have last minute changes.

What is next.... you can't list a new item?

Site wide issues are unpredictable ... if they knew the core issue it would be fixed and we wouldn't be having this conversation. 

In the 9 years I have been selling issues like this one are rare ... I have always had a back up plan to get items shipped if the eBay label flow is down ... it takes the stress and frustration out of the whole situation.  It requires a little more work but again, it is a rare occurrence.
