I was recently looking for some RAM for my new machine, and this showed up with my filters, the important filter here was the 16GB box. Anyways, the description agrees sayiung there is a 16GB total capacity on 2 8GB modules, but when the item arrived it was indeed only 1 8GB module.
I've opened a return case for this item, and I'm not sure who should be paying for it, the item is listed as 'buyer pays returns', but ebays policies on 'items not as described' say that he should pay regardless.
Along with this, HOW THE HECK am I supposed to print the label? ebay sent me a message saying I could use theirs and it would be cheaper, but how do I get to it? Supposedly there's supposed to be a button under my summary, but there isn't.

If you opened a return request and the return was accepted then go to the return details page, the label will be there is the return was accepted.

There's no label, just his information (name, adress, etc) Is that it? If so, how do I turn that into a label?

Was the return accepted though? If yes, go to PayPal.com/shipnow to buy a label

It was accepted (I think) but I payed via card, not paypal, also, should I be the one paying?

As Missjen said there should be some place in the dispute to print postage.
The seller SHOULD pay for it since that listing is so confusing its hard to tell what you're getting.
Soon as you get your refund be sure to leave feedback and mention that the listing was confusing

What reason did you choose when eBay asked why you wanted to return?
