My listings are noted that returns are not accepted. eBay contacted me and said I was not obligated, but that a buyer requested a special consideration because she ordered the wrong size and it "Doesn't Fit". To practice good faith, I allowed the return. The buyer's label says "A preferred return shipping label on ebay" and where you would normally see the cost of the label, it says "No postage necessary if mailed in the United States".
How do I know who has or will be paying for this return?

Since it's a remorse return, the buyer will be paying return shipping.

Just decline the return, unless you think this buyer is going to be buying a lot from you in the future.

Have you read the OP -- can the OP decline the return? And how can you tell an item is SNAD unless you open it, which the blues have clarified until they're blue.

If you accept the return the shipping label will be charged to the buyer.
