I haven't listed any items for auction for many months and now that I am starting again I see ebay has changed procedures...again. I always ship at a fixed price. As I look at the listing menu now I see places to "enter package dimensions and weight"......OR LIST FIXED SHIPPING COST. Well, I couldn't locate where to enter a fixed shipping cost. Where is it? How to I find it? Thanks

Change the shipping method to flat rate on the shipping screen. Take out calculated.

There is no option that I see to change to flat rate shipping. This is a C&P of what I see. " Ship your item
Provide the package weight and dimensions to calculate the cost, or enter a fixed cost." Then there are boxes to enter weight and dimensions. No way I see to take that out and change to flat rate.
Enter the fixed cost (flat rate)

As I mentioned, this is my first listing after many months off. I don't know what "advanced listing" is or means. There is no place to enter "fixed or flat rate shipping" on the liksting screen I see. How can I bring up the screen you posted. I would be easy to use....if i could find out how to bring it to my screen. I really appreciate your help. I'm pretty inept at this on my own. Thanks.

Try this (top righ hand corner is the advanced listing tool).

I clicked on Advanced Tool and got a pop-up message that unless I was a HIGH VOLUME seller I should stay where I was. I'm not a high volume seller. I have my ad saved and was hoping to resolve the flat rate shipping problem and then post the listing. If I go ahead and use Advanced Tool will I see the shipping screen you posted? Will I also have to redo the ad (Do the description and add photos ) again?
