Where to enter fixed shipping?

I haven't listed any items for auction for many months and now that I am starting again I see ebay has changed procedures...again. I always ship at a fixed price. As I look at the listing menu now I see places to "enter package dimensions and weight"......OR LIST FIXED SHIPPING COST. Well, I couldn't locate where to enter a fixed shipping cost. Where is it? How to I find it? Thanks

Do it anyway, eBay is giving out bad advice as usual.

Where to enter fixed shipping?

Change the shipping method to flat rate on the shipping screen. Take out calculated.

Where to enter fixed shipping?

There is no option that I see to change to flat rate shipping. This is a C&P of what I see. " Ship your item
Provide the package weight and dimensions to calculate the cost, or enter a fixed cost." Then there are boxes to enter weight and dimensions. No way I see to take that out and change to flat rate.

Enter the fixed cost (flat rate)

Where to enter fixed shipping?

As I mentioned, this is my first listing after many months off. I don't know what "advanced listing" is or means. There is no place to enter "fixed or flat rate shipping" on the liksting screen I see. How can I bring up the screen you posted. I would be easy to use....if i could find out how to bring it to my screen. I really appreciate your help. I'm pretty inept at this on my own. Thanks.

Where to enter fixed shipping?

I clicked on Advanced Tool and got a pop-up message that unless I was a HIGH VOLUME seller I should stay where I was. I'm not a high volume seller. I have my ad saved and was hoping to resolve the flat rate shipping problem and then post the listing. If I go ahead and use Advanced Tool will I see the shipping screen you posted? Will I also have to redo the ad (Do the description and add photos ) again?

Where to enter fixed shipping?

Click on "I don't know the package details" then click to the right for Select Shipping Service, then click something like USPS Retail Ground and an option to enter the fixed price comes up.
