Where is the Refund Page?

Where do I find the refund page?

I somehow charged a customer more than the printing label said to. I now want to refund her.

Go to your paid and shipped page

Use the drop down box options next to the item listing (left column)

Choose Send Refund

that page will give you the option for a shipping adjustment refund

or you can do the same from the "Order Details" Page

there's a blue button that might say "Leave Feedback" (Click the little Down Arrow to display more options)
