My Main question: Where do I locate my Ebay FedEx number or my Ebay Number? I need written confirmation so I can prove the box was not returned to me
Now the rest of the story; I FedEx'd a Wok (6 lbs 18x24x5") thru eBay, to a customer who returned it without contacting us, claimed it was damaged but that is another story. He shipped it back to our PO Box, FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Somehow it ended up at our local Country Store with a small Post Office. The only written confirmation they will give me is attached. When I first called FedEx they would only tell me the road it was delivered to, seeing as we lived in the country, I was able to guess the location and was given oral confirmation. The store claimed they did not receive it and after persisting that FedEx said it was delivered, the store checked their cameras. The FedEx employee went into the store, walked to the back post office, put the box down, scanned and left without saying anything to anyone. He put the box down where the outgoing mail was located. Now the box has gone AWOL The Post Office cant help me because the tracking number is a FedEx number, FedEx wont give me written confirmation of the address unless I provide them with my Ebay FedEx number or my Ebay number. I need written confirmation so I can prove the box was not returned to me although the tracking number says the item was delivered. The only written confirmation they will give me is attached. I literally have been on the phone for 5 days now trying to get someone to budge. Sooooooooooooo to make matters worse, we moved 3 weeks ago and closed our PO Box but had not updated our address on ebay. Between the move, a broken pipe in the house we were selling the night before closing and the Corona Virus, we have had our hands full. Where do I locate my Ebay FedEx number or my Ebay Number? I need written confirmation so I can prove the box was not returned to me. TIA for your suggestions
