theres right now just the ebay standart delivery but on very few products =/

they say something on 1 juli 2023 but its not working right now

anyone now ?

EIS hasn’t gone anywhere that I know of. I recently opted out of it. 
Perhaps you can find it here  in your shipping preferences. 
Make sure the countries you want to ship to are not in your exemption list.

: its not 1 juli its now :

eBay International Shipping has replaced eBay Global Shipping Program and will replace eBay international standard delivery by September 1, 2023.
