So I was sold a fake perfum when it was adversited as authentic. I started a return, he offered a partial refund, which I decline to, and waiting for his reponse - I read somewhere that they provide the shipping label that I print off. Is this correct?
Or do I have to pay the shipping cost?

If you filed an Item Not As Described case, the seller is supposed to send you a return shipping label if they want the item returned.

The seller has to pay for return shipping-he can either send a label or the funds for one through PayPal. If this is an international purchase then the seller won’t be able to provide a prepaid label and you will have to ask him to send the funds & then ask EBay to step in if he won’t.

If it is international then do this
Paypal offers Return shipping reimbursement. Go in paypal click on help and type return shipping. It will come up with info and you activate it. It is a free service. They will refund you for the shipping cost back but you have to eep on their case. Here is what I find though. Overseas Sellers will provide a bogus return address at times and item will never get back to them so you might lose the ris of item and money. You have to make sure you speak with knowledgeable paypal people too once item shows back to seller for them to issue refund and also file the paypal shipping refund. It does work though. I had to do it one time alread and they refunded my $32. My item was $300 though. The Seller gave a bogus return address but paypal can see and decide in my favor and I filed for the shipping refund and got it.
^^^^Everyone on here should go in paypal and activate this.It is good for cases where return not as described and seller unwilling to pay or reimburse shipping.
