When i make a Offer and Win , can i change the Shipping Method

where i can make a offer

but in the offer stand the higher shipping coast with ebay standart shipping

only when i checkout without the offer there stand ebay standart shipping

and the cheaper usps =/

if the seller accept the offer , can i change the shipping method

in the checkout from ebay standart shipping to usps ?

are anyone know this ? its from usa to switzerland shipping

Assume you mean standard shipping. And, no a buyer can’t change a Seller’s shipping policy. You agree to his/her policy when you buy.

You need to ask the seller before making a bid or offer if he is willing to accommodate you and add a different shipping option.
