What to write in "ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY DETAILS" to avoid Item Not As Described Scam?
what should I write in my return policy details to avoid a buyer opening up a case for a refund using the not as described reason

There's sadly nothing you could put it appears...the buy could claim you sent a bag of fritos or it 'arrived' broken...whatever floats their boat. Furthermore it's mind boggling how buyers who do this stunt multiple times are still active...
I'm right in the middle of this sort of scam for the 1st time...and it's not fun...
I would suggest you tweak your buyer preferences in your account settings...it's not 100% but it's a good start.

Nothing, you'll only scare off the good people and the scammers will still come, some may even see it as a challenge.

Buyers are either honest or dishonest. Nothing you write will make a difference.
Simply accepting returns (for any reason) will help you avoid most problems providing you have accurate listings.

There is nothing you can write in that box to stop a buyer who scams and files a SNAD so they don't have to pay return shipping.
Under ebays MBG No refunds or refunds with stipulations just don't matter.
You either accept returns or not.

Pretty much.
That's why you never want to sell what you can't afford to lose.

Not true!
I won INAD claim this week. The buyer wanted me to pay for the return from Israel! I called Ebay, they looked at what the buyer said, what I had in the listing and immediately ruled in my favor. The buyer has to pay the return shipping.
They decide on a case by case basis.

I would never sell Internationally here anymore, the risk of a SNAD claim is to high and too easy to claim. I'm glad you won that case, but are you sure do didn't get a defect in doing so? The only way you win what you claimed is by having a "No Returns" policy (which it appears you do NOT have). I would bet you have a defect, if not now, soon (it may take a few days for defects to show up).

"No Refunds" is your best policy against fraudulent SNAD claims. If you want to write in "ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY DETAILS", that tells me you HAVE a return policy. EBay has clearly posted here in the past, if you have any return policy, they expect you to take the item back, even if its clearly a fraudulent SNAD return.
