I shipped a package with DHL express. So the buyer can get it sooner, instead of standard DHL.
Buyer bought it 28.02 and I shipped it the same day and it’s already in buyers country. I can track the package on DHLs website.
I’m in the situation that eBay tracking gets no information. Even though tracking number is provided.
I believe I should have chosen DHL express as courier, instead of DHL.
Tried to change it with no effect. I contacted eBay support and they told me just to contact them when it’s delivered.
The order is over 2000€
Have anyone else had this issue?
Can’t eBay change the courier from dhl to dhl express?

ebay trackings always lags behind the actual carrier tracking, especially for international orders. Just be patient. If for whatever reason you will need the proof of maling and delivery, ebay will accept your DHL tracking number.

If you listed on the .com site I would suggest you find the transaction here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
To the right of the tracking number click the small EDIT link. See if you can change courier.
However you did not list on the .com site. You may be able to follow a similar process on the site where you listed. If not, I suggest posting on your home forum for assistance. This is the .com forum.

I know it lags sometimes but now it hasn’t even stated that I have posted it.
The only update I have under eBay tracking is
Tracking number provided 28.02
it says post to buyer by Monday 04.03
Never experienced this delay.

I tried it under .de and .com and non of them would take. I changed the courier and saved. Still nothing changed.
1st eBay Support employee told me to wait for 24 hours I did. No change

As I mentioned above, you'll probably want to take this question over to the .de discussion forums as the sites can have different procedures and policies in place.

Thanks. I will try to take it to the german domain.
My issue is. I can’t get support to call me as I’m from Denmark. Would be much easier to explain.
.de can only calls Germany, Switzerland and Austrian phone numbers. On the German domain you can’t chat with support.
.com only calls US Canadian numbers but allows for chat with support.
Thanks anyway. I will try to reach the German support somehow.
