Hi,
I sold an item today that is very big and bulky so it's being shipped via UPS. When I went to print the label, the UPS option is grayed out (I'm assuming) because the Buyer's address shows a physical address as well as a PO Box. What's the quickest and simplest way to handle the situation? I was going to message the Buyer and ask them to verify their physical address and then modify it but thought I should check with the community first.
Thanks in advance

Unless you are using UPS Sure Post, which usually hands the package off to USPS, you do not include the PO Box for a UPS shipment use only the street address. This is where the buyer was getting confused.

PO box is always the first option. If eBay will not let you go to PayPal and get a shipping label and then back to eBay and enter the Tracking number.

I asked the Buyer to verify his address and he insisted that I use his physical address and UPS but include his PO box, too. He said that sometimes in his area the UPS driver will hand stuff off to USPS to deliver which didn't make any sense to me. He also said the PO Box needed to be on the label because if the post office had to look up his PO box he would end up getting charged, which again didn't make any sense to me.
I had an uneasy feeling about the transaction turning out well so I went with my gut and canceled the order based on problems with the address.
Thank you for replying to my question. If I run into a similar situation, I'll use Paypal and go with the PO box.
