What's the problem with Connecticut?

I've shipped to every state with no problems.  Every single time this year that I've sent something to Connecticut the buyer has had some kind of complaint and wanted a refund. It seems like they buy it just to have something to do and waste my time whenever I ship to that state.  Everywhere else my transactions go smoothly and people are normal.   Is there a way that I can refuse shipping to that state?

Well, some time ago there was a super hush hush government program. They went around the whole country and identified all the complainers then rounded them up and packed them into all one state so they could more easily keep an eye on them.

And if you believe that then I have some land in Arizona I want to talk to you about. Going to be waterfront property when California slides off into the ocean right after the next earthquake.
