What's my reference number for shipping?

Hello, I was wondering where could I find my reference number that I were to use for shipping my item? Is it my item ID? Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about the tracking number?

Yes, @rfmtm is correct if you're the seller. If you're the buyer, tick on the tracking number in your Purchase History.

When you sell something and ship using the eBay ship now window, the tracking number will be loaded automatically. That number can be seen either in My eBay, sold or in the Selles Hub. When you open this page, over on the right, there is a menu with subjects that might help. 

Because you are a new seller, there can be 30 day holds on your payout but you need to ship within the time shown on the listing.

Are you the seller or the buyer @sahib19? Why do you need a reference number? Is it because you purchased something and are using a freight forwarder to receive the package?

We need more details to get you an accurate answer if you didn't already find a solution within this thread.

Did you buy the shipping label @sahib19? Tracking numbers are automatically printed on shipping labels.

Are you manually writing out an address and wanting to manually write out a tracking number? Shipping doesn't work like that.

You would need to find the order on this page (although I don't see any sales on your account) then click the "purchase shipping label" link to the left of the transaction. You will need to make sure your package dimensions and weight are accurate and that you choose an appropriate shipping service.
