On April 2, I placed an order for some elastic for masks I want to make for my son-in-law's hospital.
I paid $5.00 for standard shipping and the tracking number was provided on April 2.
Now, it's just sitting around in some warehouse and I don't understand why. Is this drop shipping? Any way the seller can get it going faster?
I'm frustrated because this could have been sent 1st class and I'd already have it. Can't make the masks until this arrives! Thanks for your help ahead of time.

I'm in the same boat. I specifically chose this company because they were supposedly the closest shipper. I ordered on April 9. I got a notification from ebay this morning that ...

histgamer your issue is different and to avoid confusion and to get answers specific to you start a new post.
In general item and user removal is due to infractions by seller. If the item is not in your purchase history you can file a not received claim if there is no tracking or you do not received by last estimated delivery date if you have tracking

This looks to be exactly the case. This is also happening to me. My tracking shows that it has been with JET E-COMMERCE LOGISTIC INC for 6 days. They're using this company to make it appear as though the item is local. I ordered mask filters and They're now 3 days late. The USPS tracking shows that it hasn't been checked in the Anaheim facility, which shouldn't be the case when the item is supposed to be in Anaheim. I'd get the ball rolling on reporting it as fraud. Here's the response I got from the seller after asking for a refund. Maybe they're on their way, but they are definitely not coming from within the US.
Seller's message:
"During difficult times, things do not go to plan and there will be delays.we had contacted with the post, the item has arrived to post and need time to dispatch.the tracking information will updated later.it will come soon in 5 working days.we hope you can kindly understand.really sorry for that, thanks a lot for your understand, regards"
If you're satisfied with this solution, you can let the seller know by sending a message in the Resolution Center. If you don't want to accept this offer, we encourage you to send the seller a message with solution that you'd be happy with.

JET-E COMMERCE is a CHINESE shipping (logistics) company. If your tracking says USPS it’s NOT! I ordered face mask filters from a seller that says “U.S. STOCK” Item location La Puente, CA. But it’s been sitting in Seattle “awaiting item“ since April 13th. Same bull**bleep** responses from the seller. And eBay is NOT being supportive and taking their side of course, so I have to wait 5 more days even though the item was supposed to be delivered on April 20th. Why would I want something DIRECTLY from CHINA where COVID-19 started and is still out of control? Pardon my language in the pictures. I’m so furious with eBay and sick of their run around. I’ll NEVER order from them EVER AGAIN!! They allow fraudulent sellers to sell on eBay.

Same exact thing happened to me! I actually had to file 2 claims. You can ALWAYS tell a NON-U.S. seller is Chinese from their horrible grammar in their fake messages. The first item actually got removed from eBay! When I asked them why they wouldn’t tell me, they just refunded me my money immediately. I didn’t even have to wait I got an instant refund from a fake seller in China.
Now that item is ACTUALLY in transit to me from Los Angeles International Distribution Center (foreign mail). Expected on April 27th (Delivery was supposed to be April 19th). 🤦🏻♀️
I’m still jumping through hoops with the second item coming from China with a fake tracking number provided by the oh so lovely JET-E COMMERCE a horrible shipping company located in CHINA. I can’t believe eBay allows these fraudulent sellers in CHINA to keep selling items on their profile. It’s INSANE!! If they claim item is U.S. stock and item ships from La Puente, CA but it’s shipping from CHINA they should remove that seller IMMEDIATELY!! eBay doesn’t give a sh*t and they’re the WORST company ever!

You are 100% correct.
I ordered an item on Ebay on April 14th with an 'estimated' receiving date of April 20th.
9 DAYS LATER, I check on the USPS website (I am a retired Postmaster) and here is what was showing
on April 24th :
On Its Way to USPS
April 24, 2020 at 8:39 am
Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item
CEDAR GROVE, NJ 07009
USPS AWAITING ITEM..... the USPS DOES NOT have the item and it could be anywhere on the planet !
It is now the 27th, and the USPS website has been showing the same information since April 20th .
I can also go onto the Jet E Logistics website and find the item under the same tracking number and their
reviews are horrible.
I left Ebay a few years back because of underhanded **bleep** as this and the first time I try again, I get stiffed by
unscrupulous sellers who really don't give a single **bleep** about anything but getting the sale.
Thankfully, I used Pay Pal and I plan of filing a claim but I am also going to give this seller the worst possible review I can.
And I will NEVER use Ebay again, thanks to this type of **bleep**.

Hey guys, can you look into the several examples posted on this thread? If Chinese sellers gaming the system by shipping from China and using Jet Logistics to fake a US shipping location then eBay should be addressing this. Buyers need to know where their product is shipping from to make informed purchases.

The problem I see is sellers showing they have USA stock or they are located in California, New Jersey etc when they are in Malaysia or China, so you anticipate the product in a week only to find out the seller never had the item to start with and it certainly was never in the US to start with. Ebay should be investigating those sellers and make them correct the location they are selling from. I am waiting for 3 shipments that I discovered were not US sellers and are all over 2-3 weeks late.
