In the last week I have had 3 packages not revived by my buyers, 1 was a first class and took 9 days to get there. One the buyer says the tracking says it was delivered and left by the garage, she claims she doesn't have a garage. Now I have a buyer that the tracking says it is expect to be delivered on 7-27-2021 and the tracking say's it still in Chicago, nowhere near the end destination. Getting really a little tired of the post office, with the high cost of shipping I feel we should be getting better service.

I'm sure it will get better when they raise their rates this month. 🤣

You know, I ship via USPS exclusively and have great luck, statistically. Back in early June, I lost a First Class shipment in the (current) mess that is Memphis Logistics; the first (and only) since pre-pandemic times. Just yesterday (8/2), the PO send me an email acknowledging the 'Missing Mail' claim that I filed on June 22. So they're still working with me...
The Postal Clerk told me way back then that it'd be at least 6-7 weeks, and so far that's (still) true! I'll stay with them for now.

Memphis seems to be doing much, much better these days. I had one First Class package go through it in under 24 hours back in July.

Our local po supervisor told us first class is now taking 4-5 business days. Key word here is business. Monday - Friday.

What kind of printer do you have? Are you using a thermal printer?

I am a mail carrier.
First off if the delivery scan says garage note that that choice on the scanner states "garage or other location at address" so it doesn't exclusively mean a garage. It could be a carport, side porch, in a vehicle (which I often do when it is raining). I have several places that have gates, one I put over the gate and the other two (one gate is 8' tall and the other has a herd of boxers that would shred it if I put it inside), I leave at the gate.
Second, we (USPS) like many other businesses are short-handed. Saturday I busted a ball joint on my Jeep at 10:38am. I called the post office it was almost 2pm before they could find someone just to come to take the mail so I could get my Jeep towed and get dropped at home to get my backup Jeep and I got back on the route at 3pm. They called every office in 3 counties there wasn't a single person available. I didn't get home till 7:30.
